Well, I got my hot little hands on the new Saiyuki Reload DVD (I know, a few days early, but Best Buy had it out, so I had to be bad and buy it, right?) The animation was pretty good (Kougaiji caused much fangrrl-ing ^__^;) and all, but I almost cried when I heard the dub. I know the va's changed, but COME ON!!?? Couldn't they have come up with something even SEMI close to what we had? Kanzeon Bosatsu sounds like a drag queen (must be the male side peeking out) and Kou sounds like he's some pompous, prima donna. Gojyo sounds like a letch, and Lirin was OK, I'll give them that much. Goku... let's not go there... And Hakkai... *whimpers* He sounds so f-ing girly.

I guess I'll have to resign myself to the sub... until I brush up on my Japanese.

SIGH...

Ah, well... I still get FMA Tuesday! *bounce*
