Are children doomed to make their parent's mistakes? Do they always follow in their footsteps?
I don't think Piper and I have ever had such a vicious fight as the one we've just had. All over her grades. It's really amazing how one little twig can be the thing that breaks down so many walls.

Parents and children will always have fights, that'll always be how the world works. It'll never get easier, but I have faith that you are a good mother who truly wants the best for her child. And I have faith that Piper does know this and loves you and all you've done for her as much as a child can.
