New Who was good. Fun. I thought the foreshadowing was a little heavy-handed, but it works. I know who I'm betting on being who she was talking abooooout. If I'm right, it'll make me a happy fangirl.

And yeah, the foreshadowing was a little heavy handed, but somehow I saw it as less foreshadowing and more rumor confirming. Don't ask me why; my brain's weird.
But again, I didn't mind it. Probably because it seemed less artistic and more like a nod to the fans. Like when writers hear about something going on in the fanbase and then deal with it in the show (I didn't see it, but like Supernatural evidently acknowledged and rejected Wincest or something like that).
First season was PAINFULLY macho. Not a single decent female character to be seen, but I kept watching because I was bored. Second season was just getting good when my source dried out (I was streaming it), but it hadn't caught my interest enough for me to look for another way to watch it. But now that I'm more learned in the ways of internet piracy, it's probably worth a second shot. xD
