Wow... some people have no idea, do they?
Someone just came up to get access to one of our computers at work. I gave him the card, which has a specific username and password. The passwords are always 8 characters; 2 uppercase, 2 lowercase, 2 numbers and 2 symbols. They're complicated, yes, but that's for security purposes.
Anyway, he comes up and hands me his id, then I give him the card. He makes sure of the username, then I tell him the password is case sensitive. He looks at it and asks me,... "how do you do a capital 8?"
OMG.
Why did I come back to work, again?
Oh, yeah... the paycheck.
