You know. That anonmeme that's all the rage lately? I'm not doing it. 

Wanna know why? I can't tell you how may posts I've made recently and there were NO comments (except for Dai, and she's a doll). I did a poll  the other day and not even half my flist took the ten seconds it would take to do it. I popped something up on the lovememe that was going around a while back. The result? 

One.

One person took the time to say something positive about me. It was a beautiful comment and it honestly made me tear up and I thank them for it. 

Then I remembered that all of my other 'friends' didn't bother to say anything at all.

First off, I'm sorry for not replying to enough of your polls and love memes! In my defense, I haven't replied to memes for much of anyone until, like... yesterday.

But yes, I've been silly and insular and emo as of late, and certainly haven't paid everyone on my flist the attention they deserve. YOU SHOULD HARASS ME MORE WHEN I'M ON IM. ;__; Because I miss you.

That being said, the anonymeme is a good one to avoid. Lots of wanky anonymice out there. >_<

Christy, maybe it's hard for people to tell you whether or not you should cut your hair (which is the poll I think you're speaking about) when they have no photo reference to look at. I know that's true for me, so I didn't vote. I consider you a friend (and I hope you do the same) so I'm a bit insulted at you saying people don't care about you.

As for memes, some people don't do memes and some others say "I'll do it later." and forget about them. Nothing major really. Memes are just memes.

Sure, it would be nice if I could say "Don't do a meme if you're looking for attention." but that's what they're there for. At the same time, one shouldn't take them so seriously that they risk offending people who choose not to reply to them or simply forget.

Sorry, sweet. I pretty much never participate in those mass-commenting memes, and given the time of year, the likelihood is even smaller. I haven't participated in anyone's love meme... mostly because, how do I even put into words what's so great about my flist? :3 I love you because you're such an excellent mother, because you soldier on no matter what, because you have the guts to make posts like this, woman! :D <3 <3 Even if we don't talk much any more, I really enjoyed talking to you in MS chat and I wish our characters could have interacted more.

So I guess this is a very belated love meme reply. *snuggles* I'm sorry I didn't comment on the last one.
