It's a lot easier to say you're mad than to admit you're hurt

I try. I really try to be friendly. Anyone that knows me knows that, despite being a bitch at heart, I try to avoid confrontation. It's messy and it hurts people in the end and that's just not what I'm about. I prefer when everyone gets along and there's no wank, either online or in real life.

Yeah, I know that's impossible. Still, can't I have my pretendy times?

All that being said, I'm a hard boss at work. I expect things to be done and if they are, then hey, I'm all good. If you do your job, then we can be friends. I work my ass off to try and make things easier for everyone at work. Anyone that knows my work ethic knows that. Yeah, it might be a case of 'it's easier to to it myself so it'll be done right', but it's mostly, 'here, let me help get things done'. No matter what, I still expect people to do their job. I'm sick and tired of people thinking that, since we're on friendly terms outside of work, they can get by with things on the clock. Another thing I'm sick of is rumors going around. They say I stand around and do nothing?

Bullshit.

When I work, I go in at least 30 minutes early to get things ready for my day. If I open, I'm in there an HOUR early. That's by 4AM. I don't clock in until 5AM. I work off the clock willingly to make sure things are ready just so everyone's day can go smooth.

You know what? Yeah, I DO stand around at work. After I get everything else done. Don't fucking backstab me. Don't fucking talk about me. If there's something to be said, then someone better have the balls and the RIGHT to say it to my face. Most of the time, they don't know jack. I stand around so I can be ready when MY boss wants me to do something.

Last time I checked, the little backstabber was the one that spent more time whining about doing something then it would've taken to just do it.

I'm going to stop being so fucking nice and see what they think of the bitch brigade, as they call me now.

I hope they're ready.
